Shipping Costs Overview
Shipments to Packstations, P.O. boxes, and hold-for-pickup shipments are only available for addresses within Germany when shipping with DHL.

Important Shipping Information:
- Order cutoff: 2:00 p.m. (Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day).
- Processing days: Monday through Friday.
- Delivery: Shipments are insured via DHL (delivery Mon–Sat).
- Customs Duties/Taxes: For shipments to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
Delivery is available within Germany, to Austria, to other EU countries, to non-EU countries, and to Switzerland. Shipping costs include the applicable value-added tax.
Unless a different delivery timeframe is specified on the respective product page, orders shipped to Germany from PeakStyle are typically delivered within 2–7 business days. The specific delivery time is displayed directly on the product detail page. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your order until delivery. Please note that we do not process shipments on holidays or weekends. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.
For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland, delivery takes approximately 3–8 business days; for deliveries to other countries in the European Economic Area, delivery takes approximately 4–9 business days after the order is received (for prepaid orders, after payment is received). Delivery times depend on the specific item. You can find the exact delivery times on the product page.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
If you’ve ordered items with different delivery times, we’ll ship the items in a single shipment unless we’ve made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
Shipping Damage
Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and undamaged condition, and refuse delivery if there is visible damage. If the damage was not discovered immediately upon receipt, it can still be confirmed within a maximum of 7 days by filing a damage report with DHL. To do so, please fill out this DHL damage report form and have it stamped and confirmed by DHL. Please notify our team of the damage using the contact information provided on the page and send us a copy of the completed damage report so that we can forward it to DHL.
