• S4: 7075 Aluminum - SCOTT aluminum ski poles undergo an electrostatic paint process, delivering a clean, contemporary, highly durable finish. They are constructed with the strongest aircraft-grade aluminum-zinc alloy commercially available, which has been heat treated and aged in order to confer its excellent properties. S4 aluminum poles are twice as strong as the industry standard and possess a very high strength-to-weight ratio.


• SCOTT S.R.S. – Strap Release System: The SCOTT S.R.S. is the next generation of safety technology in ski poles. The S.R.S. allows the strap to release from the grip of the pole in sketchy situations to prevent injury.


• Freeride Powder Basket: The Powder Basket is designed for powder performance, excelling in traversing situations. The basket is a solid 90 mm in diameter and has strategic holes to maintain a swing weight that is comfortable for everyday use.


• Carbon Diamond Tips: Carbon Diamond Tip is a compound containing equal parts of tungsten and carbon and is approximately three times stiffer than steel. This high-performance tip enhances traction on ice and guarantees better durability.


• Notch Strike Grip: The Notch Strike Grip has been ergonomically engineered using soft thermoplastic rubber and polypropylene. The lightweight, streamlined profile facilitates necessary wrist articulation.
